• Which features you use, session duration, and interaction patterns
• Crash reports and performance metrics, collected anonymously
• General location at the country or region level only. We do not collect precise GPS data

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Trackr app and its features
• To track your fitness progress and generate your overall fitness score
• To sync your data across devices (Premium users with cloud backup enabled)
• To process subscriptions and manage your account
• To communicate updates, new features, and support responses
• To analyze usage patterns and improve app performance
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse

3. Photo Storage & Privacy

• By default, all progress photos are stored locally on your device only
• With Premium Cloud Backup, your photos are encrypted and stored securely in the cloud if you choose to enable it
• Photos are never shared with other users or third parties
• You can delete your photos at any time from the app
• Cloud-backed photos are permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion

4. Data Sharing

We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service Providers that help us operate, such as cloud hosting and analytics partners. They are all bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements, when we are required by law, subpoena, or need to protect our rights and user safety
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You will always be notified

5. Data Security

• All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols
• Cloud-stored data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
• Payment processing is handled securely by Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only

6. Data Retention

• Account data is kept for the duration of your account, plus 90 days after deletion
• Fitness data stays until you delete it or close your account
• Anonymized analytics are kept for up to 24 months
• Payment records are kept for 7 years for legal and tax compliance

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and request a copy of your personal data
• Correct any inaccurate data we hold about you
• Delete your data entirely (the "right to be forgotten")
• Export your fitness data in a standard format
